"Clean resort nice people and shops that offer alcoholic drinks are a 10 min walk away. However this side of the island is quite dead in terms of nightlife and people. Not a bad thing if that's what you want."

"The room is clean, I'm taking package 3 days 2 night for per person with RM 400, return ferry ticket, 5 meals including bbq, snorkeling trip for 1 day. Local people is friendly. You can walk or ride a bicycle along the beach. Per hour rental for bicycle rm 10 or motorcycle rm 20 per hour. Motorcycle rental rm 70 per day. Easy to get local food each resort have their own restaurant."

"great cheap chalet at kg.genting, food served very tasty eventhough not lots of choices, no corals on the beach but there's a bit sergeant major fish you can see.. tioman island is the best place to chill with family and friends also best place to snorkeling.. we will come back soon here, really loved this place"

"Stayed in this hotel over the weekend. Value for money, ideal for budget travelers. Great place to relax. Ideal place for both family and couples. Beach facing hotel rooms. Have one common swimming pool. Staffs are polite, friendly and accommodating. Hotel has attached restaurant which serves local dish. Low price and comes with ample quantity. One can enjoy great sunrise and sunset. Ideal place for scuba diving and snorkeling. Crystal clear sapphire water, illuminating corals and different varieties of fishes to explore under the water. Would love to come back !
